Repair
Boiler breakdowns can be frustrating at any time of the year; we can provide you with a fast, reliable service to ensure the limited amount of disturbance to your home. We charge no call out fee just an hourly rate of £60 we will ensure to have your boiler diagnosed for faults and then inform you how long we expect the problem to take to get fixed.
Services
To ensure the continued smooth running and efficient performance of your boiler we recommend that your boiler is serviced annually. All our boiler services cost £80 and take around 1 hour, please call to book an engineer to service your boiler.
Landlord Gas Safety Checks
From planned to reactive maintenance NPH cover a range of properties and tenants needs. We understand the importance of happy tenants so ensure we are on call 24 hours to deal with any problems that should arise. In 1996 the government made law that all gas appliances in a landlord owned properties, which are rented out, must be checked to be gas safe every 12 months. We can carry out the required safety checks on all your gas appliances and issue you with a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate to ensure you comply with the regulations. A copy of the certificate must be given to the tenant at the property and you are required to keep you copy as a Landlord for 2 years.
Our annual checks cost from only £55 dependant on the number of appliances you have. Once you are registered with us we will send you out a service reminder so there is no need to remember your dates.
General plumbing
General plumbing is one of the core services that NPH offers. Our experienced plumbers are able to handle domestic and commercial jobs.
Whether it’s fitting a new radiator, a bathroom refit or complete project management for a new build or renovation we will be happy to give you a free no obligation quote.
All our plumbers work on a salary rather than by the hour so you can rest assured our prices will be competitive and of the highest standard. Our engineers cover all types of domestic plumbing, including: leaks, overflows, burst pipes, showers, pumps, toilets, taps, water disposals, saniflo’s, tanks, hot water problems, immersion heaters and cylinders.
Underfloor Heating
Radiant energy emitted by the floor is partly reflected by each surface and partly absorbed. Where it is absorbed, that surface becomes a secondary emitter .After a while, all surfaces become secondary emitters. Furnishings themselves radiate energy and the room becomes evenly and uniformly warmed. The energy reaches into every corner of the room - no cold spots, no hot ceilings and no cold feed.
New Build / Project management
Property developer to home owner, your plumbing and heating system is one of the most important parts of your home, Much of it you probably cant even see but every day you will use it somehow. This is usually the most complicated part and can be a daunting task as there are so many aspects to each and every system.
NPH can offer a project management service that from the start of a project we can deal with all the worry of supply, installation and management. We can source materials on your request, and due to the nature of our work we have trade relationships with most main suppliers enabling us to supply at a discounted rate.
Before your project begins we will work with you on a schedule to go through any questions you may have and to ensure we cause minimal disruption to your daily life. If there are any changes throughout the project that moves away from the schedule we will advise you at the earliest stage and keep you informed on a daily basis.
On completion of the project our services will not be complete until we have built an operational manual for the entire plumbing and heating system. This will consist of all the necessary contact information and warranties. The system will then be commissioned and demonstrated to homeowner/end user. We are then on hand for any further questions or concerns you may have.
